Slow Cooker Bean Dip

This slow cooker bean dip is the perfect game day party dip. Simple ingredients - cheese, green onions, and cream cheese are the base for this easy cheesy bean dip.

Ingredients

  • 40 ounces refried beans
  • 4 ounces cream cheese softened
  • 1 cup chopped green onions
  • 3 tablespoons taco seasoning
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Instructions

  • Lightly grease a 2 quart slow cooker with non-stick cooking spray.
  • Add all ingredients except the cheddar cheese to the slow cooker and stir well.
  • Cover and cook on low for 2 hours.
  • Halfway through the cooking time, stir the dip with a wooden spoon, scraping the bottom of the slow cooker.
  • At the end of cooking time, add the cheddar cheese and stir until melted.
