  • 2 cups tomato diced
  • 1 cup red onion diced
  • ¾ cup mango diced
  • ½ cup cilantro diced
  • ½ cup lime juice
  • 4 tablespoons jalapeno 1 jalapeno finely diced
  • tsp kosher salt

  • In a large bowl, combine all ingredients and mix well. Cover and refrigerate before serving.
