Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 14.5 ounces black beans
  • 1 cup corn
  • 3 tablespoons taco seasoning mix
  • ½ cup water

Toppings

  • cooked rice
  • chopped lettuce
  • diced tomatoes
  • shredded cheese
  • sour cream
  • diced onion
  • diced cilantro
  • pickled jalapeno
  • hot sauce
  • lime wedges

Instructions

  • In a pan, brown your ground beef. Drain excess fat from ground beef, then add the black beans, corn, taco seasoning and water. Stir and simmer for 15 minutes, then turn off heat.
  • Put 1 cup of meat mixture in a bowl and then pile on the optional toppings.
