Easy Potato Chip Nachos

Potato chip nachos, also called Irish nachos, are extra salty and a delicious appetizer with all your favorite nacho toppings! The perfect game day food.

Ingredients

  • 5 ounces potato chips
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese shredded
  • ½ pound ground beef cooked
  • 15 ounces black beans

Toppings

  • diced tomato
  • jalapeno slices
  • chopped cilantro
  • diced onion

Instructions

  • Pour the potato chips onto a microwave-safe plate. Top the chips with the shredded cheese. Place the plate in the microwave and cook in 30-second increments until the cheese is melted. Remove the plate from the microwave.
  • Spoon the ground beef and black beans on top of the melted cheese.
  • Then, place your selected toppings on the chips liberally.
