Ingredients

  • 2 cups bread sliced into 1-inch cubes
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • ½ teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
  • pinch salt
  • pinch black pepper

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 300℉. Line a baking sheet with foil.
  • Put the bread cubes in a medium bowl and add olive oil.
  • Add the Italian seasoning, garlic powder, salt, and pepper, and toss well until the bread is evenly coated.
  • Pour the bread cubes on the prepared baking sheet in an even layer and bake for 20 minutes, stirring halfway through the cooking time.
