- 2 cups bread sliced into 1-inch cubes
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- ½ teaspoon Italian seasoning
- ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
- pinch salt
- pinch black pepper
Preheat oven to 300℉. Line a baking sheet with foil.
Put the bread cubes in a medium bowl and add olive oil.
Add the Italian seasoning, garlic powder, salt, and pepper, and toss well until the bread is evenly coated.
Pour the bread cubes on the prepared baking sheet in an even layer and bake for 20 minutes, stirring halfway through the cooking time.
