Deviled Egg Dip

Deviled egg dip is perfect for using up extra hard boiled eggs. It is a chunky dip and is perfect for Easter and holiday parties!

Ingredients

  • ½ cup light mayo
  • 1 teaspoon ground mustard
  • 1 teaspoon extra virgin olive oil
  • ½ teaspoon vinegar
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • ¼ teaspoon paprika
  • teaspoon kosher salt
  • 6-7 hard boiled eggs peeled and diced
  • ¼ cup diced green onions
  • Extra paprika for garnish

Instructions

  • In a small bowl, combine the mayo, ground mustard, olive oil, vinegar, black pepper, paprika and kosher salt. Stir in the diced eggs and green onions. Cover and chill for at least one hour.
  • When it is time to serve, sprinkle additional paprika on top of dip. Serve with chips, crackers or vegetables.
