Ingredients

  • 30 ounces corn drained
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese shredded
  • 1 cup cotija cheese crumbled
  • 1 jalapeno diced with seeds removed
  • 2 tablespoons cilantro chopped
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt
  • ½ teaspoon chili powder
  • ½ teaspoon cayenne pepper

Instructions

  • Add all ingredients to a large bowl and mix well. Cover and chill for 2 hours before serving. Serve with tortilla chips.
