Ingredients

  • 2 cups chopped kale
  • 2 cups shaved brussels sprouts
  • ½ cup chopped almonds
  • ½ cup blue cheese crumbles
  • 2 slices cooked thick-cut bacon
  • 1 portion of Lemon Garlic Vinaigrette

Lemon Garlic Vinaigrette

  • ¼ cup extra virgin olive oil
  • ¼ cup white wine vinegar
  • cup lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon minced garlic
  • ½ teaspoon kosher salt

Instructions

  • Combine all of the salad ingredients in a medium bowl and toss until well-mixed. Serve with Lemon Garlic Vinaigrette

  • In a small bowl, whisk all of the salad dressing ingredients together until well combined.
