Blackberry Sangria Recipe

This delicious blackberry sangria recipe uses red wine, blackberry brandy, muddled blackberries, and fresh lemons and limes for the perfect summer drink!

Ingredients

  • 3 cups fresh blackberries
  • 2 limes juiced
  • 1 lemon juiced
  • 750 ml red wine
  • 1 cup lemon-lime soda
  • ½ cup white rum
  • ½ cup blackberry brandy

Garnish

  • fresh or frozen blackberries
  • lemon slices
  • lime slices

Instructions

  • In a pitcher, combine blackberries, lemon juice, and lime juice. Use a muddler or long spoon to smash half of the blackberries.
  • Add the red wine, white rum, and blackberry brandy to the pitcher. Stir well and refridgerate for at least 2 hours.
  • When ready to serve, add the lemon-lime soda to the pitcher and stir carefully.
  • Add ice and garnish with fresh or frozen blackberries, lemon slices, or lime slices.
